Fine Bee Hoon

  1. Clean and shell prawns. Roasted meat, mushroom and carrots slice finely.
  2. Fry onions (when brown put in a separate bowl).
  3. Fry bean sprouts for a few seconds.
  4. Fry carrots for a few seconds.
  5. Fry garlic - put in prawns, roasted meat and mushroom.
  6. Add sauce, pepper and salt.
  7. Put in Bee Hoon (Rice vermicelli noodles) (add 1 bowl of water to 1 packet of Bee Hoon (Rice vermicelli noodles)). Before taking out, put in bean sprouts and carrots.
  8. Decorate with eggs, lettuce and onions.
  9. Serve with Belacan (Shrimp Paste)!
